How Does it Work?

 

If you already own your vehicle:

  • - Valid and current vehicle registration.

  • - Valid ID for each person listed on the vehicle title.
  • - Manuals, keys, and accessories for the vehicle.
  • - All owners listed on the title need to be present.

If the vehicle is leased or financed:

  • - Valid and current vehicle registration.

  • - Valid ID for each person listed on the vehicle registration.

  • - We will require a social security number or account number to obtain a 15-day payoff from your lender.

  • - Manuals, keys, and accessories for the vehicle

  • -All owners listed on loan/lease need to be present.

The majority of transactions typically require 30 to 60 minutes. Ahead of your appointment, we might reach out to you to gather necessary information, ensuring a streamlined process and minimizing the time you spend with us.

 

Upon having the required documents for paperwork completion and a title free and clear of any liens, we will issue a check for you during your appointment as long as it is within business office hours.

 

No concealed charges apply! The only potential additional fees include a $15.00 Ohio titling fee, a $15.00 duplicate title fee in case of a lost title, or a 2% fee when opting to use a credit card for amounts exceeding the appraised value of your vehicle.

 

Absolutely not. You are under no obligation to sell us your car, even if you have scheduled an appointment with us.

 

Regrettably, we are unable to provide cash payments. Our practice is to issue corporate checks, which can be deposited or cashed at your bank. This measure is implemented to ensure the safety of both our employees and customers.
